On a picture-perfect morning at a stunning Greenwich estate, Cava & Cake had the pleasure of preparing a luxurious Italian-inspired feast for an unforgettable Ferragamo luncheon. A long, elegant table awaited 30 special guests, adorned with crisp linens, setting the stage for an exquisite Italian dining experience.

By noon, as the waiters poured champagne, we added the finishing touches to our colorful antipasto platters. Guests were treated to vibrant dishes like wine-infused mushrooms, vegan eggplant involtini, and a standout pecorino crostini with honey, preserved lemon, and fresh mint—perfectly paired with crisp champagne.

Family-Style Italian Dining: Authentic Flavors

The family-style lunch featured mains like tender beef tagliata, served with arugula, fennel, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. The star of the afternoon was the Branzino alla Romana—a beautifully arranged dish of roasted artichokes, olives, cherry tomato confit, and lemons.
